Week Two: The Long Run Part 2

The Run

Length: 6 miles 

Location :Escondido

Time:1:11 

Pace:11'56''



 I ran through Downtown Escondido this morning for a 6 mile long slow distance. I felt extremely strong . It could have been the great Italian Food I had at Joe's Italian which I give a 5 star rating to. The most amazing thing that happened today was the fact that my muscle memory is kicking in and I can feel my body just running on it's own. I love when it gets like that because then I can think about other things besides motivating myself to go forward.
The miles went by fast and I had music this time. I find an early morning run on Sunday sets me up for a very productive yet relaxed day.
